Who we are and how we help Poles in the UK

The law office of adw. Remigiusz Gołębiowski has been operating on the Polish and international legal market since 2000. The team consists of young, talented lawyers and experienced advocates who have for years been engaged in legal advice and court representation. They studied at universities in Poland and abroad and gained experience, among other places, in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Part of the team combines practice with academic work, which keeps us in constant touch with the world of science.

In our work we draw on Polish and international legal thought and on our knowledge of cross-border realities. For larger projects we cooperate with a team of qualified translators, which makes it easier to handle the cases of clients living in the UK.

Advocate Remigiusz Gołębiowski graduated with distinction in law from the University of Łódź, continued his education at the University of Warsaw and completed internships and academic research in France and Germany (including in Toulouse and Munich). He completed his advocate’s training at the Regional Bar Council in Łódź and also practises in Warsaw and Poznań. The law office cooperates with universities in Poland and abroad.

He speaks French and Russian fluently, English and German communicatively, and Italian, Spanish and Norwegian at a basic level. This helps in matters concerning the Polish community and in contacts with institutions in the UK.
